For Karachi Customers: If you are in Karachi, you can easily exchange your product by visiting our clinic located at Gulshan-e-Iqbal. Simply bring the product along with the original invoice, and our team will assist you with the exchange. For Customers Outside Karachi: If you're located in any other city, we offer a convenient exchange service through courier. To exchange a product, simply send it to the address provided by us. Please note that the shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. Conditions for Exchange: The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Exchanges are allowed within 7 to 10 days of receiving the product.
